Boxes Corner Hot-melt Adhesive Tape is mainly used for fixing the four corners of rigid boxes such as boutique boxes, gift boxes, mobile phone boxes, shoeboxes and so on (material: yellow kraft paper, white kraft paper, PET) and supporting (Zhongke, Hongming, Zhengrun, Fuzhong Japan, EMMECI Italy, Wellmark ,etc.) the machine is Automatic Four Corner Pasting Machine and automatic and manual Box Corner Pasting Machine. It can also improve production efficiency with good quanlity boxes
This tape is uniformly sprayed on the PET substrate in a dustless environment with high temperature hot melt adhesive. The thickness of the PET substrate is 50um and the thickness of the hot melt adhesive is 20um. The total thickness of the tape is 70um. The width of the tape is usually 19MM, but it can also cut other width tapes according to customer's requirements. The total length is about 300m. Mainly used in all kinds of carton filler machine or automatic four-corner filler machine to stick the four corners of the box. After filler filler, the carton is stable, reliable and safe. Mainly used for high quality gift boxes.
