Product Application

This machine use for make customizing hardbound books, children’s books, graphic books, albums, menus and other products. It is small size, powerful in function, and produce exquisite and high- grade products. Can be choose white glue or hot glue use for mounting.

General board book production process:

1, After the completion of the printing of the paper to fold and form the inside page paper;

2,In the folding good on the inside of the paper coated with glue;

3, According to the order of the glue coated paper lined up together;

4. Place the folded inner pages on the press to press and close, making the paste close, smooth and firm;

5.Use the paper cutter to cut off the excess edge material and finish the production.
