adopts PLC servo system driver and touch screen operation control,
implements the rigid box automatic folding in and pressing air
bubble function, this machine has simple debugging, simple changing
of the mold, precision higher characteristic, is suitable for all
kinds of rigid box production, this machine use manipulator link
belt production line, automatic take box, which can realize
automatic folding box and pressing the air bubble.
Bubble press is a new type of flattening correction equipment
specially used to solve the problems of air bubbles, package, folds
and deformations on the bonding surface of cartons after making and
molding. The invention of foam press solves the problem of slow,
labor-intensive and rough precision in traditional manual scraping
and rubbing. The use of the foaming machine ensures the excellent
characteristics and accuracy of the carton after forming.
