Product Introduce

This machine is specially developed by our company for folding box products. It is suitable for folding box wings assembly and tail plate assembly. It can also assemble book-shaped boxes (replace the feeding module). The main machine is flexible and multi-purpose, allowing the machine to be more effective value.

PROCESS FLOW

1. Adopting a downward suction structure to solve the problem of double or multiple case feeding and ensures that the case does not scratch.

2. Gluing is controlled by Japanese Panasonic servo motor, which makes the glue more precise.

The flexible line of gluing can be set freely on the screen according to product needs.

Optional hot and cold double glue system to make the product more viscous and anti-opening.

3. Adopting a four-station lifting table top feeding structure, one person can complete the feeding of the

skins and side wings, and the non-stop operation saves labor and improves efficiency. The book box can be assembled by replacing the feeding module with an assembly line, and the main machine structure is universal.

4. Positioning is controlled by Japanese Panasonic servo motor, which makes the positioning more

precise.
