Production process of binding film tape:

Packing tape (PP, PET) is divided into PP packaging tape (also known as polypropylene packaging tape) and PET packaging tape (also known as plastic steel packaging tape), respectively, using polypropylene and PET polyester as raw materials to produce, respectively, suitable for the packaging needs of different light and heavy objects.
Brief description: Plastic wrapping tape and PET wrapping tape are widely used in environmental protection. PP wrapping tape has been produced in China for more than 30 years, and PET wrapping tape has also been produced in China for more than 20 years.

(1) PP packing belt:
1. The scientific name of PP is polypropylene, which is a lighter environmental protection packing belt made from polypropylene. It is used in automatic packaging machine, semi-automatic packaging machine, manual packaging machine, etc. It is suitable for binding lighter objects in cartons or pallets weighing from several kilograms to hundreds of kilograms.
2. Raw material: The main raw material of PP packing belt is polypropylene wire drawing grade resin, which is colorless transparent solid particles with a specific gravity of 0.93.

Usage method

Control the temperature between 100 centidegree to 135 centidegree for Low Temperature Hot-melt Adhesive Tape. Used on automatic/semi Auto money binding machine and so on.
Control the temperature between 160 centidegree to 185 centidegree for High Temperature Hot-melt Adhesive Tape. Used on automatic/semi Auto tape binding machine and so on.
